Here's a list of some of the main oils used in Simply Good Soap products and how amazing they are for your skin.



Argan Oil: Noticeably reduces wrinkles and softens the skin Rich in proteins shown to tighten the skin and protect skin’s elasticity. Promptly regenerates the skin by restarting vital functions of cells to prevent early aging.


Shea butter: possesses the ability to improve pesky skin blemishes, eczema, wrinkles and dermatitis. Shea is also known to soothe insect bites, sunburn and frostbite. This butter packs a powerful punch for an array of skin ailments.


Sweet Almond Oil: This high quality nut oil is a great emollient for softening and conditioning the skin and hair. It is well suited for eczema, psoriasis and itchy, dry and inflamed skin. It is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E.


Avocado Oil: vitamins, protein, lecithin, Uses: Highly therapeutic, not only moisturizing and healing. Good for all skin, especially dry and dehydrated, eczema.


Castor Oil: acts as a humectant by attracting and retaining moisture to the skin.


Jojoba Oil: protein, minerals, a waxy substance mimics collagen; Uses: good for inflamed skins, psoriasis, eczema, acne, haircare, highly penetrative.


Macadamia Nut Oil: Mild nutty odor. It is unique in its fatty acid makeup in that it contains palmitoleic acid which makes it really easily absorbed into the skin – and is reported to be really great for older/mature skin.


Mango butter: includes moisture, vitamins A, C and E, which work to combat free radicals. Free radicals are found in the sun's rays and air pollution. When applied to the skin, mango butter has the ability to protect it from the sunburn as well as sooth sunburned skin.



Geranium: antibacterial. known for its healing effects on the skin. It is used to soothe dry skin, reduce cellulite through massage, and even to help clear the complexions of those with naturally oily skin.
