Hey there! 2020 is still moving along with some days being better than others......but there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for! I hope you all have been taking care of yourselves, family and friends. Getting rest when you can......a nap or a long shower for just a few minutes of escape. I am thankful for the busy stuff in my life as it's been rough. My mom passed away in September. She was just shy of her 81st birthday and had a multitude of health issues. Aside from soaping and home school, I've had time to reflect, laugh, cry, journal and nap. I surprised myself when I shut everything down for the day once at NOON and just hung out on my back porch with a good book and some snacks. I needed that. It's important for all of us to realize when we need to stop for a minute or a day....is a week pushing it? ;) Seriously though, I don't know one single person that hasn't dealt with some hard things this year. What I do know and tell others is that it's perfectly ok to not be ok.......to be fragile......to have a moment, but what matters is what we do with all of that. It's not healthy to stay there, so if you can't get out of it alone, don't be afraid to get some help. As bad as things can be.....This Too Shall Pass!
Ok, with all of my heavy stuff out of the way, I hope you are looking forward to the Thanksgiving and Christmas Season! I certainly am...it's my favorite time of the year. Even with things being crazy busy, I'll take a couple of weeks off in December to rest and regroup. Actually I'll be changing my studio and office around and I'm really excited. I'll post pictures at the beginning of the year! But before any of that, there's Gift Sets! I put together some sets that will work for everyone on your list. There are a couple of new scents and new soap dishes too, and if you don't know what the person on your list likes to smell like you can get a gift certificate and let them pick there own items. The Gift Sets can be found if you click the Soap tab or on the VIP page and are available through the 20th of this month. Let me know if you have questions, and until next time stay safe and take care!
